The story of Pancho’s begins in 1956 with a surprise family vacation to Mexico. They vowed to bring the sights, sounds, flavors, and fun home to share with family and friends. That’s how Pancho’s restaurant was born in Memphis, Tennessee.
According to family legend (and we’re sticking to it), that’s where queso as we know it was born. Today, Pancho’s Queso is still made with that original recipe — rich, creamy, and unforgettable. Just like the good times that inspired it.
