Cowboy Queso with Pancho’s Original Queso

Ingredients

  • ½  pound of ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

  • 1 can of corn

  • Pancho’s Original Queso

  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 14.5 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes, half drained

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, then brown the ground beef. Drain any excess oil and add the seasonings.

  2. Pour in one tub of Pancho’s Original Queso and let it warm, then pour in the beans, onion, corn, and cilantro. Stir it all together.

  3. Let it warm for about five more minutes, then serve.
